NCCCA Textbook RETURN-REFUND POLICY

SP25 Return Dates ~ Monday, January 27, 2025 thru Monday, February 3, 2025

Textbooks are Returnable if all of the following criteria are met:

  • Class has been cancelled or class has been dropped from your schedule during the NCCC Add/Drop period.
  • Textbook is returned during the Official "Return" Period - (Official Start of Book Sales + 1 day after the Records Office Add/Drop Date).
  • Books must be in original condition, i.e. no writing, creasing or water damage; if sold in shrink-wrap, must return with shrink-wrap fully intact.
  • Textbook returned with the original sales receipt.
  • If purchased with Credit Card, must have the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • If purchased with Cash or Personal Check, a Check Refund will be mailed directly to your home mailing address on file (once the original funds have cleared, usually 4 - 6 weeks).
  • If Financial Aid was used for the purchase, your financial aid account will be credited. No financial aid returns/refunds are allowed after the financial aid charge period.

 NCCCA Merchandise RETURN-REFUND POLICY

  • NCCCA will give a full refund for non-textbook merchandise, if the item is in new saleable condition and is returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Merchandise must be in new condition with tags intact and undamaged. Clothing must be unwashed, unworn, free of stains, odors, perfumes, pet hair, and any other signs of use.
  • NCCCA original sales receipt and photo ID are required.
  • If purchased with Credit Card, must have the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
  • If purchased with Cash or Personal Check, a Check Refund will be mailed directly to your home mailing address on file (once original funds have cleared, usually 4 - 6 weeks).
  • If Financial Aid was used for the purchase, your financial aid account will be credited. No financial aid returns/refunds are allowed after the financial aid charge period.
  • NCCCA reserves all rights and the sole discretion of determining the condition of any merchandise being submitted for return and refund.
